Independently lab tested by an International Accreditation New Zealand (IANZ) approved laboratory to contain MGO 150+. MGO stands for Methylglyoxal and it is a naturally occurring compound found in Manuka honey which is responsible for its antibacterial properties. Fernmark Certification: Egmont Honey is part of the Fernmark license programme awarded by the New Zealand government. It is only awarded to New Zealand companies which produces genuine New Zealand products and of good reputation.
